In this article, you'll learn how to make a DIY GoPro macro lens for your GoPro camera.
A macro lens makes it easy to get close-up with a GoPro.
You've probably noticed that any closer than 12 inches and your subject is blurry. With a macro lens you can get much closer, you can capture subjects at just two or three inches away.
A macro lens allows you to draw attention to your main subject by blurring out the background. This adds interest to your photos and videos.

Will You make a DIY GoPro Macro Lens?
What did you think of that project? Looks easy doesn't it? And the results were excellent.
I ordered the AGPtek 58mm Macro Lens, it's a great price at just over $35.00. I also ordered the PLR Optics 58mm Close-Up Macro Filter Set. Don't forget to get an adapter so the lenses will fit your GoPro. I chose the DarkHorse 58mm Aluminum Alloy Filter Flip Up Adapter Ring. I can't wait to get my macro lenses (and these lenses will also fit my DSLR camera).
I'll be doing a review of the lenses and sharing GoPro macro projects in the future. Make sure to sign up for our free updates.
